This website is operated by Sylvoven. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sylvoven.

Sylvoven offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through the website (collectively, the “Services”), to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products and Services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws when using the Services.

3. Online Store Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and purchase information for all orders placed through our store.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, cancel orders, or limit quantities when we reasonably believe that an order or account involves fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, violation of these Terms, or another unlawful or harmful activity.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, colors, packaging, sizes, images, prices, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors and packaging may vary depending on your screen, device, production batch, or product updates. Product packaging and labeling may change without notice, provided that the essential nature of the product is not materially altered.

Batana Oil is naturally sensitive to temperature. It may become softer or liquid in warm conditions and solidify or thicken in cooler conditions. This natural change in consistency does not necessarily indicate a defect or reduction in quality.

Natural ingredients may also exhibit reasonable variations in color, aroma, and texture between batches.

Please review the product label and ingredient information before use. If information on the physical product differs from information displayed on the website, you should follow the information provided on the product packaging and contact us if you have questions.

5. Cosmetic and Health Disclaimer

Sylvoven products are cosmetic and personal-care products. Product descriptions and other content on this website are provided for general informational purposes only.

Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements regarding cosmetic benefits have not necessarily been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration or another regulatory authority.

Individual experiences and results may vary. Testimonials and customer reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same result.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, have allergies, have a sensitive scalp or skin condition, or are purchasing a product for a child, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Always review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice if irritation, redness, swelling, or another adverse reaction occurs.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when available. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-information, discount, or availability errors. If an error affects an order that you have already placed, we may contact you to confirm the corrected terms or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin processing it.

7. Promotions, Discounts, and Free Gifts

Promotional offers, discount codes, free samples, and free gifts are subject to the terms displayed with the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined.
Promotions have no cash value.
Free gifts and samples are subject to availability.
Promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash.
A promotion may be limited to one use per customer, household, email address, payment method, or shipping address.
If an order no longer qualifies for a promotion because of a cancellation or return, the value of the promotional benefit may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
We may modify or end a promotion at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

The advertised free 30ml sample with a first order is subject to availability and any qualification requirements displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability;
Pricing or listing errors;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Abuse of discounts or promotions;
Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale;
Inability to deliver to the supplied address; or
Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

We may limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@sylvovenbeauty.com.

We process orders quickly and aim to hand orders to our logistics partners within one business day. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations might not be possible. In that case, the applicable Return and Refund Policy will apply.

Customers are responsible for checking their shipping address before submitting an order.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We use distributed fulfillment and logistics partners. Orders may be fulfilled from the warehouse best positioned to serve the delivery address.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by destination, carrier operations, weather, customs, holidays, demand, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over USD $50 unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available shipping method.

Tracking information will normally be sent by email after shipment.

11. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier’s terms.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and accessible.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should:

Check around the delivery location;
Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
Contact the carrier; and
Contact us at service@sylvovenbeauty.com with your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages correctly delivered to the address provided, stolen after confirmed delivery, or lost because an incorrect address was supplied.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because our products are personal-care products, opened, unsealed, or used products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at service@sylvovenbeauty.com and include:

Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Our support team aims to respond within 24 hours.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

13. Accuracy of Information

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep it current and accurate, it may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and availability.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. We are not obligated to update historical or general informational content unless required by law.

The content reflects your honest experience;

You grant Sylvoven a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, distribute, and display submitted content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms. We are not obligated to publish every submission.

The website and its content—including the Sylvoven name, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, text, videos, designs, logos, and arrangement of content—are owned by or licensed to Sylvoven and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, violation of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sylvoven and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
